Position: Sales Support Associate
Reports to: Wholesale Sale Support Manager
Status: Full-time Employee
The Sales Support Associate will provide support to the Sales team by relieving them of administrative work and assisting in customer service needs. Duties may include order processing/entry, information input and management, customer follow up and other related tasks.
· Provide excellent customer service through fast and accurate issue analysis, communication, and coordination with other team members or departments to resolve issues.
· First point of customer/account contact via phone and e-mail correspondence to inquiries.
· Process Sales Orders daily for Dogeared Wholesale and Dogeared.com
· Process Joor/Dogeared.com orders daily.
· Prepare samples, Images, and Linehsheet to accounts as needed.
· Preparation and ordering of necessary labels or special packaging.
· Process product returns and repairs, and providing corresponding paperwork to accounting.
· Work with customer care team & social media manager to monitor and support “social care” by assisting customers on social media channels who have specific inquiries regarding orders, shipping, products, returns, repairs, etc.
· Assist Sales Support Manager with any additional items that may need extra hands
· Other duties as assigned.
Additional Skills / Qualifications:
1. Sales Support/Customer Service experience required.
2. Wholesale or Showroom experience preferred.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel programs required.
5. Nav- erp system experience preferred
6. Demandware or Big Commerce experience preferred
